What is FMonster?: A living library of UI you can copy as a prompt, a file, or a shadcn CLI install URL.
Is it free?: Yes. Free accounts can retrieve two distinct catalog items per UTC day. Extra modes on the same item do not count.
Is this a component library?: It is a registry. You pick items and land them in your repo instead of depending on a closed kit.
How do I install an item?: fm add {handle}/{slug}, or npx shadcn@latest add with the /r/{handle}/{slug} URL, or paste the prompt into your agent.
Can I publish?: Sign in and open Studio. From the CLI: fm login then fm publish <file> (cover still required in the wizard).
What are templates?: Starter repos. Preview and clone links are public; paid downloads follow billing.
